Availability of Bid Document, Site Visit & Submission Deadline
This is an online tender where tender documents and bid proposals will only be made available and accepted via the Electronic Government Procurement Portal (www.gojep.gov.jm). No offline (hard copies) will be accepted and there will be no physical tender drop box for drop-off of bid proposals.

- On-line bidder’s conference Tuesday November 26, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
- Tenders must be submitted by electronic portal no later than Friday December 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Proposals submitted after this time and date will automatically be disqualified.
Objective
The overall objective of this project is to implement an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system to streamline and improve content management processes at the Auditor General’s Department (AuGD). It will also improve collaboration between AuGD units and enhance report generation. It should also improve content quality and accessibility, as well as efficiency in internal operations and increased accountability, while ensuring regulatory compliance with legislative and data policy requirements, improving information/data security, access control, and reducing operational costs.
The awarded Consultant will need to carry out activities to identify/develop and implement a suitable ECM solution that meets the needs of the Auditor General’s Department and provide a suitable maintenance framework for post-implementation support.
