The performance of Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) is critical to the development of an efficient and equitable tax system in keeping with one of the key national strategies under Jamaica’s Vision 2030 National Development Plan (NOP). TAJ’s mission is to collect the revenues due in an equitable and cost effective manner, foster voluntary compliance, provide excellent service to its customers through an engaged and empowered staff.
