Eligibility: Firms must provide a (Valid TCC) – Tax Compliance Letter (along with the page detailing the expiration date)

Valid Public Procurement Commission Certificate Registration in the following categories: –

-Information Technology Service or Computers and Related Services or Computers and Supplies

Tenders submitted without valid TCC and PPC will be automatically rejected.

Availability of Bid Document Site Visit and Submission Deadline 

This is an online tender where tender documents and bid proposals will only be made available and accepted via the Electronic Government Procurement Portal (www.gojep.gov.jm).  No offline (hard copies) will be accepted and there will be no physical tender drop box for drop-off of bid proposals.  For assistance in regard to registration, training, access to the tender document and upload of bid proposals, please contact the Ministry of Finance, Procurement and Asset Policy Unit Customer Service Desk at: (876) 932-5220, 932-5253 and 932-5246.

  • Tenders can be downloaded as of Monday June 24, 2024, at 12 noon.
  • Clarification period from Monday June 24, 2024, at 12 noon to Tuesday July 9, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.                                                                                                            
  • Tenders must be submitted by electronic portal no later than Tuesday July 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Proposals submitted after this time and date will automatically be disqualified.

Objective: To supply and deliver thirty (30) Laptops and 30 Backpacks to the Auditor General’s Department

Note: All participating bidders are being encouraged to peruse the entire tender documents to ensure bid response is complaint. The Auditor General’s Department reserves the right to abort the tender process and reject all bids at any time prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability.
