The Auditor General hereby presents to you the annual report for the 2020/2021 financial year. As customary, this report is comprised of three (3) sections: section 1 provides a snapshot of our internal operations and established governance mechanisms; section 2 highlights key achievements and reports produced by our information technology, performance, economic assessment and special audit units; and lastly, section 3 underscores major findings derived from our assurance based audits (namely-appropriation accounts, financial statements and compliance audits), for the period under review that were not presented to Parliament as individual reports.
